At SumUp, I lead pricing initiatives for both payment and SaaS products, supporting the monetization and scalability of our subscription offers. I conducted pricing elasticity analysis and led the repricing of our German market, which resulted in an increase of €10M in annual net revenue. My role also involves aligning pricing strategies across multiple teams and building a structured pricing approach to support long-term product growth.

I was responsible for developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies for food delivery services, including delivery fees and zone-based pricing. I worked closely with product, operations, and analytics teams to align pricing with service levels and competitive benchmarks. I also supported the introduction of flexible pricing models tailored to local market dynamics.

At Mercado Envíos, I developed pricing strategies for logistics services during a period of massive expansion across Latin America. My responsibilities included route repricing based on cost structure and demand, setting pricing rules for different shipment types, and ensuring that our pricing remained competitive as we scaled our proprietary and third-party delivery networks.
