Beschreibung

Seit April 2022 unterstütze ich als Senior Expert Human Resources die Personalabteilung eines kleinen internationalen biopharmazeutischen Unternehmens, das neuartige therapeutische Wirkstoffe für die Behandlung schwerer und potenziell lebensbedrohlicher Infektionskrankheiten entwickelt. Ich bin für alle personelle Themen entlang des Employee Life Cycles für unsere Mitarbeiter in Deutschland, England, Frankreich und den USA verantwortlich. Im Rahmen der strategischen Neuausrichtung implementiere und passe ich zudem HR-Prozesse und -Tools an. Darüber hinaus unterstütze ich aktuell bei dem Aufbau der neuen Standorte in den USA und in England.

Neben meiner Vollzeitbeschäftigung arbeite ich seit Dezember 2024 nebenberuflich als

Teamassistenz HR bei einem internationalen und virtuellem Start Up aus München, welches letztes Jahr von dem US Unternehmen aufgekauft wurde.

Als Freelancer im Bereich HR möchte ich Sie mit meinen bisher gewonnenen Kenntnissen unterstützen und spannende neue Herausforderungen gemeinsam meistern.
