Antonia in wenigen Worten
Hello! My name’s Antonia and I’m a Product Operations & Management Consultant and Coach.
If you'd like to learn more about my skills and competencies, please take a look at my employment history or my CV.

From 10-person startups to multi-brand European powerhouses with thousands of employees - I've seen it all.

Forever at the intersection of Product and Engineering, I've seen both sides and am intimately familiar with the struggles we each face. I truly believe that Product Operations can play a huge role in transforming companies from being competitors to becoming true market leaders, and it's my ambition to help as many organisations as possible discover whether Product Ops is the right next step for them.

I love working with people, encouraging them and inspiring them to strive for excellence, and am on a constant mission to improve myself. Bringing people together is a great passion of mine, and I believe that we learn best when we learn from each other.

Reach out to me if you’d like to talk about Product Operations and how we might work together.

I'm looking forward to it!

Obtaining a degree from Edinburgh Napier University has had a considerable impact on me and my writing skills. Not only was I given practical advice on how to steadily improve my writing skills; I also learned how to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. During my last year of studies I took part in a project exclusive to Edinburgh Napier University, in which I helped teach English language and creative writing to prisoners of HMP Edinburgh. After the project came to an end I was asked to speak about my experience at a conference on interdisciplinarity at Edinburgh Napier University, which was attended by all faculty members and included a Q&A session.
