During these years I was managing and controlling all the aspects of the hardware development, from requirement definition and refinement up until the delivery of the final units to the cars and the homologation process. I had the chance to work in multicultural teams and with many subcontractors from all around the world (Japan, China, USA, Germany, France ...).

I was also during 2 of these + 7 years leading a team of 7 to 8 people, managing the work packages, planning the budget and making sure the goals are achieved or rather usually exceeded.
