• Telecommunication project: Solution Architect to improve an existing Sales Cloud instance, refining Lead/Opportunity management (incl. development of a Custom Round Robin solution for Lead Assignment and an out-of-office tracker to guarantee Leads are properly distributed)

• Biopharma project: Lead Consultant to build a Revenue Cloud MVP incl. Advanced Approval Processes

• Manufacturing project 2: Data Migration Lead to migrate a complex Mexican Salesforce Org. to a European Org. incl. Metadata/Data (>500k records)

• Retail project: Agentforce QA Consultant to analyse and optimise an existing Agentforce Service Agent implementation using Prompt Builder / Flow / Agentforce Studio / Multi-Turn Testing (current: case deflection rate >60%, target: >80%)

• Ownership of the global Salesforce Sales Cloud roll-out (5 countries)

• Carry the product ownership, drive enhancements, consolidate, evaluate and prioritise product requirements, solution design, refinement and creation of user stories

• Close collaboration with business stakeholders

• Develop and manage the Sales Cloud product vision and roadmap

• Managing a team of 5 Salesforce Admins/Developers

• Functional/technical feature documentation

• Facilitate end user trainings (train-the-trainer)

• Insurance project: SME, further development of SF Service Cloud (flows, process builder, person accounts, assignment rules), requirements engineering, close collaboration with PO & IT

• Logistics project: Testmanager/Requirements Engineer, managing a team of 5 SF developers, backlog refinement, user story creation, UAC, quality assurance, release management
