I work at the intersection of supply chain operations, industrial engineering and quantitative analysis.

My experience spans parcel logistics, pharmaceutical distribution, postal operations, air cargo, industrial economics and agri-food systems. I am particularly interested in operational environments where physical flows, inventory information, routing logic, capacity constraints and human decisions must be coordinated under time and service-level requirements.

My analytical focus includes:

• Supply chain and logistics performance analysis

• Inventory, demand and capacity analytics

• Process bottleneck and exception-flow analysis

• Routing and distribution-network analysis

• Operations research and decision-support modelling

• Quantitative analysis using Python, R, Stata and MATLAB

Through frontline logistics experience, I have examined recurring process inefficiencies involving shipment flow, sorting accuracy, inventory visibility, handovers and operational exceptions. I have also translated operational observations into structured improvement concepts, including a logistics-related employee invention submitted within DHL Group.

I am currently developing a portfolio in supply chain data analytics, including projects in operational KPI reporting, fulfilment bottleneck simulation, inventory and remaining-shelf-life analysis, routing optimization and air-cargo capacity analytics.
