I didn’t start creating to be seen. I started because I couldn’t not create.

As a teenager, I was making short films, taking photos, coding a blog — before blogs were a thing. Not for an audience. Just to make sense of the world around me.

I then took the “serious” path: math prep, engineering school. It gave me structure, rigor, and a deep love for systems. My creativity didn’t disappear. It learned how to stand on its own two feet.

After graduating, I followed the pull. I traveled through Asia with a camera, then spent time at Magnum Photos and Agence VU in Paris. That’s where I understood something essential: images, stories, and objects carry weight. They stay with people when they’re honest.

I moved into advertising and entrepreneurship to learn how ideas meet reality. I founded and ran a digital agency for eight years, launched products and companies, sold some. I learned how to build, not just imagine.

Ten years ago, I started French Guy Cooking. It became a long-term creative adventure: deep series, documentary storytelling, millions of viewers, and eventually a brand (SALUT) where content and craft reinforce each other. From traveling to understand food cultures to designing tools and products from scratch, it was never about speed or virality. It was about trust.

Today, I’m still building. Stories, products, systems, and worlds that feel coherent, human, and durable. After 12 years of creative independence, I'm exploring what this approach looks like at scale—through creative leadership roles where craft meets strategy, and vision drives execution.
