My To Dos as a UX Designer:

• benchmarking, competitor analysis

• ideation with requirements from users and business (KPIs)

• create paper prototypes, wireframes, click dummies

• testing: prepare, conduct and analyze user tests (lookback, rapid user test)

• create user flows (BPMN), flow charts, customer journeys

• document hypotheses and recommend the testing method: A/B tests tests, polls (hotjar, survey monkey), user tests

• feedback rounds with UX, stakeholders, developers, product managers
