For 15+ years, I've led algorithm development for commercial vehicle safety systems from concept through SOP, across European, American and Asian OEMs.
At a Tier 1 supplier I lead a 15 direct reports team across a 300+ cross-functional R&D engineer program organization. I delivered 11 SOPs across 6 programs and reduced problem reports by 40% through a lean issue-handling process that was later adopted company-wide.
