My career spans diverse sectors including consulting, real estate, retail, automotive, and manufacturing. I specialize in financial reporting (IFRS/HGB), controlling, ERP system rollouts (notably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP FI/CO), and cross-border financial operations.

Most recently, I led six successful ERP rollout waves across the EMEA & USA region at Norma Group Holding, driving data migration, process standardization, and training initiatives.
