- Defining & standardising the hiring process across engineering teams & defining annual hiring plans in conjunction with the Head of Product in the context of cross-functional teams.

- Defining & standardising engineering career development frameworks, competency matrix and responsibilities across engineering teams.

- Defining & standardising engineering onboarding process across engineering teams.

- Defining & standardising software quality across engineering teams.

- Constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and our products. Fostering a culture of relentless improvement.

- Ensuring company and department vision are understood and cascaded into our engineering teams.
