Joined to establish product delivery from scratch on a Layer 2 zkRollup platform. Owned end-to-end product and delivery strategy across 4 engineering squads. Launched Zeko Testnet (Aug 2025) and Incentivised Testnet — Zeko Boom (Nov 2025) on schedule, all quality gates met. Delivered Zeko Bridge & Lumina DEX (Oct 2025) — the ecosystem's flagship DeFi application, from technical scoping through live launch. Implemented Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) from scratch across all squads. Led the implementation of AI automation — connecting project management and team communication tools to streamline workflows and align team with enriched context, and launching a daily AI-generated briefing to keep the entire organisation aligned and informed in real time.

Designed and implemented OKR/KPI frameworks enabling structured quarterly delivery cycles and executive-level execution visibility.

Layer 1 blockchain leveraging ZK-SNARKs — the world's lightest blockchain at 22KB, enabling privacy and security in Web3. Executive role reporting directly to the CEO.

Owned the product roadmap and multi-team delivery program that enabled zkSmart Contracts on Mina Mainnet (June 2024). Introduced OKR/KPI cycles across all departments. Delivered $500K/year in contract savings; rebuilt the Delegation Program to 0% delinquency; achieved a 600% increase in security vulnerability submissions.
