As a 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒄 𝑪𝒐-𝒑𝒊𝒍𝒐𝒕, I take the controls of high-potential innovations and steer them through the complexities of business modeling and commercial scaling. With 30 years of experience — evolving from consultancy, over corporate Pharma to agile startups — I provide the strategic roadmap required to navigate the intersection of medicine, technology, and business.

I have spearheaded the commercialization of chronic care solutions, integrating digital tools into traditional patient care pathways. I act as the negotiator between Pharma and HealthTech Startups, translating corporate requirements into agile roadmaps that actually scale.
