I am an American currently based in Germany. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Controlling, a master’s in Taxation, and I’m now pursuing a doctorate in Finance and Economics at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. My 14 year career spans roles in M&A, consulting, internal audit, controlling, accounting, finance, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

I’m passionate about working with data, whether it’s statistical research, data science projects, or developing comprehensive financial models and visualizations. I excel at transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights. Collaboration is at the heart of my work; I communicate effectively across teams and hierarchies, bringing together stakeholders to achieve strategic goals. I like to "walk the floor" talk to operations and to get a 3D approach.

Outside of work, I bring a casual and approachable demeanor, enjoying meaningful discussions about business, economics, and political ideology—often best enjoyed over a good beer.

My favourite career moments so far are working on the complex wind down of Sonopress USA (3 U.S. sites 1 maquilladora juarez | 300 head optical disc manufacturing, automated packaging Co.), teaching Batchelor students at Lancaster University and working 50+ global projects at Bertelsmann, favourites were in South Africa, London, Egypt and Brazil as a Bertelsmann In-house consultant, auditor.
