I have around 10 years of experience in Analysis fields through my employment as firstly a Force Disclosure Analyst and latterly a Force Performance Analyst with a Police Force based in the United Kingdom.

During My Employment as a Force Performance Analyst I collected, analysed, and presented performance data to senior stakeholders including the Chief Officer Team, Police Authority, and Emergency Contact Suite.

My insights informed key operational decisions and helped shape monthly priorities. I was also responsible for the Force’s national statistics reporting to the UK Government, regularly liaising with internal departments and the Home Office. This experience strengthened my ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver timely, high-impact analysis across all levels of the organization.

In addition to regular reporting, I developed and implemented performance monitoring frameworks that helped improve the Force’s national rankings significantly ahead of schedule. This included setting and tracking crime reduction targets via user-friendly dashboards and redesigning performance management processes in the emergency contact suite—eliminating duplication, streamlining workflows, and automating data collection to reduce tasks from two weeks to a matter of seconds.

After several years as a freelancer in the music industry, I recently completed an intensive Data Analytics Bootcamp at Ironhack in Berlin, where I built on my technical skills in Python, SQL, Tableau, and statistical modelling techniques. My final project involved a full-cycle data analytics task using real-world meteorite impact data—from acquiring the raw data through to visualisation and presentation, combining my existing experience with the skills developed during the course.
