My passion and my expertise is all about bringing transparency, clarity and comprehension into past, present and future projects and networks of your business.

Since my first day at Zalando I have been supporting the team in charge of placement, planning and construction of Zalando Fulfilment Centres with analytical due diligence. Now, over four years later, I have the pleasure to lead a small team of analysts that share this exciting set of tasks:

- Network Design and Modelling Complex design questions as well as classic location problems are a main concern for my team. With Zalando's logistics network rapidly expanding into Europe we need to model our business and process landscape far into the future to stay on top of network development.

- Simulation of Process Landscapes New fulfilment centres require an immense number of technology, process and scaling decisions. In order to be certain that process designs will work after being materialized in steel and concrete, we run different types of simulations to identify pain points and potential improvements before construction, oftentimes including and coordinating external experts.

- Business Case Due Diligence In order to make informed and beneficial business decisions our project managers develop thorough business cases. My team and I work as a sparring partner and input provider to ensure outstanding analytical quality.
