Architect turned 3D storyteller bridging design and imagination. I’m Motaz Mostafa, founder of M‑Viz, a boutique visualization studio based in Cologne. Trained as an architect (B.Arch + M.Arch) with 10+ years of international experience across Europe and the Middle East, I translate architectural visions into photorealistic stories that inspire decision‑makers and win competitions.

My approach blends an architect’s sensitivity for space and materials with state‑of‑the‑art visualization tools. I deliver high‑impact exterior and interior images, detail visuals, animations and 360° experiences that help architects, developers and real‑estate teams communicate clearly with clients, investors and juries. I’m an early adopter of AI‑assisted techniques and real‑time rendering to iterate faster without sacrificing artistic integrity.
