Joining Rocket Internet Ventures, Lucia served as People Partner at Home24 advising the leadership team, and as Head of People at Plinga, championing best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Later, Lucia established the People organization at Yilu, a Lufthansa Group spin-off, during a period of significant growth, embodying agility and adaptability across multiple locations.
