As a Senior Salesforce QA / QA Lead specializing in Salesforce and Ncino platforms, I focus on predictable releases and low production risk for complex enterprise programmes. Over 10+ years I have led end-to-end testing on Salesforce CRM and Ncino platforms across banking, insurance and oil and gas, combining hands-on QA delivery with leadership of onshore and offshore teams.

In Halliburton, I owned QA for the Salesforce-based PE Asset 360 platform integrated with SAP and Vorto. I defined QA strategy and sprint-level test plans, designed functional and regression suites for asset moves and returns, and used Azure DevOps and SQL checks to validate integrations. Tighter acceptance criteria and focused defect triage helped reduce late-cycle change requests and lower defect leakage for global logistics users.

At OakNorth Bank, I led QA for Ncino corporate lending journeys on Salesforce, from lead creation through loan completion. I defined test conditions and regression packs for each loan stage, managed defects in JIRA with business analysts and developers, and refined end-to-end scenarios with UAT stakeholders. These changes stabilised recurring release cycles and reduced UAT defects for the digital banking platform.

Earlier at Capgemini with AXA XL, I directed QA for Salesforce-based GISMO and Prebind platforms integrated with policy administration and reporting systems, leading offshore teams of QA engineers and using Azure DevOps dashboards to drive risk-based testing and release decisions.

Experience at VirtusaPolaris for GE and Citi built a strong base in functional, regression, cross-browser and integration testing on large banking and e-commerce programmes using HP Quality Center.
