Played a key role in the consultant selection process, evaluating Accenture, Kearney, McKinsey and Kerckhoff Consulting in a structured beauty contest, resulting in a unanimous decision for McKinsey.

Pioneered digital analytics in organisational governance, applying SQL- and OLAP-based methodologies to enable systemic evaluation of business processes, referenced by the German Institute of Internal Audit (DIIR).
