Highlights:

· Built a B2B partner platform from zero as sole designer. Grew to 3,000+ partner companies across 160+ destinations with tiered plans, bulk assignment, per-employee usage tracking and centralized billing in 15+ languages.

· Helped unify 3 divergent checkout flows (web, hybrid, mobile) into a single design system with shared tokens and components. Added fraud prevention with email validation and billing address matching across DE, US and LATAM (Adyen integration). Resolved 23 divergence points across surfaces.

· Redesigned the loyalty payment experience: replaced a 7-step coupon flow with a single checkout toggle that reads the user's live balance and applies it in real time. Day-one redemptions grew 3.5x.

· Designed the full subscription lifecycle: onboarding, plan management, cancellation, reactivation and phone number activation. Self-service approach cut support escalations across two release cycles.

· Replaced a paid Shopify discount tool with an internal voucher platform. The call we made: push the rules into existing code without rewriting it. Supported 50+ active influencer campaigns.

· Used AI across the design process: Gemini for heuristic evaluation and persona simulation, Stitch for rapid wireframes from PRDs, Claude for stress-testing decisions and running accessibility audits before formal review.

Highlights:

· Redesigned photo moderation for millions of active listings. Replaced a generic error notification with a per-photo visual marker system that shows exactly which photos failed policy and why. Seller comprehension up 35%, correction time down 22%.

· Ran the full research cycle on a major redesign: user interviews, competitive benchmarking and moderated usability testing. Validated 3 design directions through structured concept testing with 60 sellers across the app and seller center before final ship.

· Worked cross-functional with Product, Legal and Engineering in a distributed agile team. Mentored junior designers through critique sessions and structured design reviews.

· Designed the Pet Insurance onboarding flow end to end: plan selection, beneficiary setup and payment. Avg task completion under 3 minutes.

· Ran the research backing the redesign: competitive benchmarking against Mapfre, Sura and Allianz, user interviews and moderated usability testing.

· Contributed to the mobile app design system. Kept consistency across insurance, loans and account management surfaces, and worked with engineering to document component specs and interaction states.
