I am an engineer, lawyer and founder with over 20 years of experience in software development and embedded systems engineering — including a decade in safety-critical automotive development. Proven leadership of distributed engineering teams in international contexts, with a particular focus on Poland and the Czech Republic — cross-functional, compliant, results-oriented.
My background: full responsibility for safety-critical embedded systems from requirements engineering to start of production, distributed teams across Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and India (ASPICE, ISO 26262).

As a lawyer with a First State Examination in Law, I also bring regulatory and legal expertise — NIS-2, CRA, product liability — that most engineering leaders simply don't have.
