My qualification is based on many years of professional experience in sales and marketing besides my experience as General Manager, Management Consultant, Sales Director and CEO in various well-known companies. In addition to my sales successes, I am well-versed in change management, while in my last positions, I took over the responsibility for the strategic, structural and organizational reorientation of companies, which also included a change in leadership style and general corporate culture. I was responsible for the management of all functional and operational business units and I assumed a profit and loss responsibility for 600 Mio. EUR and 3.000 employees in Germany alone – on an international level in my position as Board Member, these figures expand to 2.4 Bio. EUR and 18.000 employees. I make use of my expertise in national and international market development as the founder of the Business Acceleration Group, a business consulting organization regarding the expansion into international markets.
My greatest personal strength is people leadership, where I benefit from my communication skills, and I am convinced that this ability is essential especially during business changes. I furthermore have strong intercultural competence thanks to my business network in the US and Asia, especially China, and EMEA. A strong sense of responsibility and resilience can of course be expected.
