I’ve always been inquisitive about how to make the world of work more pleasant for everyone. After several years in research (Business, HR & IT), I took further trainings to become an agile coach and data analyst.
Because data-based decisions have become very important in Human Resources, I wanted to improve my data literacy to be able to help organizations answering business questions and making good decisions by analysing people data.
