With 20+ years of experience across service design, product strategy, and experience design facilitation, I help teams and organisations design better services, products, and customer experiences; with clarity, creativity, and speed.
My work spans corporate innovation, digital product teams, public sector services, and startup ecosystems, with a focus on getting cross-functional teams aligned, uncovering customer insight, and turning strategy into practical action.
As a Global Partner for the Kaospilot Experience Design Program, I also train and coach professionals in experience design methods used by top organisations like LEGO and Novonesis; giving me a unique toolbox to support both big picture thinking and on-the-ground delivery.
