    ● Spearheaded the introduction of HRIS (Personio): Conducted needs assessment, customized the platform,managed data migration, and trained users. Set up automated workflows, defined roles and permissions, and established reporting mechanisms. Gathered user feedback, and troubleshooted any issues, ensuring Personioran efficiently and met HR needs.
    ● Re-designed and implemented end-to-end processes for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
    ● Advised the founders on HR and recruitment agenda and priorities, including employer branding activities andresolution of labor law related issues.
    ● Hands-on recruitment activities for individual contributor and manager roles.

    Exemplary project #2: Oversight of HR and recruitment functions for 3 Momox Recommerce centres (+500 FTE), including vendor management of the outsourced payroll and staffing services

    ● Supported existing HR team: Admin, Documents & Contracts, Recruitment, HR Business Partner - 5 FTE. Onboarded and trained new Head of HR and Recruitment and new HR BP.
    ● Partnered with company management on HR agenda and priorities. Increased efficiency and automation across recruitment processes and tools (Personio).

Working with Tamara is always a great pleasure. Tamara attended our Malt event as a speaker and expert on the topic of Diversity, specifically speaking about Diversity in the Tech Industry and freelancing world, on a panel with 4 other speakers. Communication with Tamara was clear and timely, and she came to the presentation very well prepared. She exudes competence and insight into this topic, gave our participants a lot of food for thought, and brings such positivity with her.
