As a User Interface Design Consultant I am doing complex concepts which also includes investigations on safety requirements and or data security and the effect of these requirements have on handling/allowing certain functions. Based on the findings and my technical backround I know how to include technical requirements and specification writing for these services.

My passion is to simplify complex structures ‒ that’s why I choose to become a UX expert, because in this field and my great variety of skills I improve users’ or clients’ goals.
When leading workshops, I am very straight forward and solution driven. Customer journey maps are one of my favourite tools to involve everyone and to get things done. My objective is to identify complex structures before they become problematic and use the gathered insights to not only provide great user experience on customer end but also to improve company processes to guarantee long term success.
