As a freelance Service Owner at Red Bull, I support the global Brand Marketing department in designing and managing internal digital tools and automations. My role focuses on aligning business requirements with system capabilities, ensuring that features and workflows directly serve marketing objectives. I lead backlog grooming and sprint planning processes, working closely with developers, designers, and strategic stakeholders. A key aspect of this role is balancing fast delivery with long-term scalability and usability across internal and external teams. Tools used include Jira, Confluence, Figma, and in-house platforms.

At KTM, I served as Lead Product Owner for the company's new global B2B dealer platform within a legacy-replacement project. I co-led the remote-first, cross-functional agile team of over 100 professionals, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap to launch and optimization. I co-managed the product backlog, balancing input from internal stakeholders, user testing sessions, and external dealer feedback. I drove KPI tracking, iteration planning, and alignment with business strategy.
