I am a versatile bioinformatician with an interdisciplinary background in biology, informatics, physics, and data science. My work focuses on spatial transcriptomics/transcriptomics, NGS data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, AI applications, and pipeline development. I have experience building practical computational tools, developing analysis workflows, and solving complex biological data problems with a combination of scientific understanding and strong programming skills.

I am especially interested in using data science, machine learning, and AI to extract meaningful insights from complex biological datasets. My goal is to provide clear, reliable, and efficient computational solutions for research, biotech, and data-driven life science projects.
