• Conducting negotiations with budget responsibility for large projects such as e.g. B. Outsourcing of the internal IT to an external service provider

• Coordination with the departments of IT security, Data Protection Association Internal Audit

• Management of internal law firms and other consultants

ServusTV (www.servustv.com) is a full program TV channel in German language within the 360° media world of the Red Bull Media House. ServusTV is broadcasting 24/7 genuine program containing documentaries, live sports (Ice hockey, MotoGP), news, magazines, shows, docutainment, fiction, etc. ServusTV operates on the latest production and technical standard. ServusTV is part of the "Servus-World", a brand that contains books, audio content, magazines and an online shop. ServusTV has in 2015 around 400 employees only in the TV section. As Head of Legal my team (two lawyers, one project manager, two paralegals) are responsible for all legal matters of the company.
