ACHIEVEMENTS
For more than 20 years I have been working in diverse large, complex and multi- cultural environments. I volunteered for a position as IP manager and within 2 years took over responsibilities for several kinds of medical devices, e.g. auto-injectors, contributing to successful product launches in creating and defending own IP as well as opposing competitor’s IP. Building strong work relationships between managers and experts across organizations was a key success factor, also for leading a cross functional team relating to device connectivity.
