People/ corporates who share the same values as I do. People who are ready to change the world (their world) to a better one.
I don’t search for:
People/ corporates who don’t share my values and treat others with disrespect. Collaborations that are not on eye level.
I help people to find their entrepreneurial self in order to create (business) value with what they do. I observe and ask questions to understand the culture and organizational setting they are coming from. Having those information I challenge the status quo whenever possible with the goal in mind to help them to grow personally and in their profession. What you get is motivated people in the right spot with the right expertise so that (business) Innovation is the outcome.
To make sure that the efforts displayed above are effective I always try to involve the decision makers early on, too. As leaders it's their responsibility to understand what they need to do in order to create a setting where their employees can develop themselves.
I‘m convinced that only a real mindset shift will lead to a sustainable change. It’s not about just implementing new methodologies or hiring external consultants. Sustainable change starts when your employees get to a point where they are able to bring in all their diverse talents in order to create something valuable for the company - for society.
