Ich habe 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR als HR Business Partner bei Corporates und Grown Ups und habe 2021 ein Start Up von 100 bis 750 Mitarbeiter begleitet, die Gesamtverantwortung für die HR Abteilung gehabt und das dortige Team aufgebaut. Mein fachliches Portfolio reicht von einer sehr hohen Expertise des deutschen Arbeitsrechts und operativer HR Prozesse, über internationale Erfahrung (US, UK, AT/CH, Eastern Europe, Russland, Israel, Türkei), das Durchführen von M&A sowie PMIs, das Auf- und Umsetzen von Massenentlassungen, Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen wie österreichischen Betriebsräten und Teamleitung von bis zu 25 Teammitgliedern (UK & DE). In der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften aller Ebenen kommuniziere ich klar und direkt, arbeite strukturiert und denke in Lösungen.
Ich glaube daran, dass eine fundierte HR Abteilung echten Mehrwert stiften und den Unternehmenserfolg maßgeblich beeinflussen kann. Ich kenne keinen "Keeping the lights on"-Modus, sondern strebe ständig nach Optimierung der Employee Experience auf unterschiedlichsten Ebenen.
