I have developed the complete list of the module structures and the t-table structures of the salient applications of the SAP business suite. Especially I have identified the customizable t-codes in the module structures and the t-table structures of the salient applications of the SAP business suite. I have been involved in the development of the method and the procedures for mapping between the SAP WRICEFT class and the complete list of the module structures and the t-table structures of the salient applications of the SAP business suite.

Additionally, I was involved in the development of Effution proprietary software lifecycle cost estimation model
for estimating cost, effort and schedule of SAP projects. I was responsible for conducting calibration of M(A), M(B), T(A), T(B), scaling factors and environmental factors of the COCOMO-II cost estimation model based on the historical project data of Effution. I have developed algorithm for assigning backfiring values in the Effution
proprietary function point-based cost estimation model.

I, along with colleagues, have conducted cost, effort and schedule estimation of number of customer-assigned
projects using function point method and use-case point method.

I was responsible for conducting research on safety analysis and combined safety and security analysis. The
principal focuses were to analyze safety hazards and the effects of security threats on the occurrences of safety
hazards in safety-critical cyber-physical systems. I, along with my colleagues, had constructed component fault tree and state/event fault tree to perform safety analysis of such systems. I had also constructed combined component fault tree and attack tree to understand the effect of security threats on the occurrences of safety hazards in safety-critical cyber-physical systems. All these analysis activities had been performed in a strong collaboration with Fraunhofer Institute of Empirical Software Engineering (FhG-IESE).

Additionally, I was responsible for conducting empirical evaluation for comparing performance between
Dynamic Fault Tree (DFT) and State/Event Fault Tree (SEFT). The aim of the evaluation was to compare the two
analysis techniques in terms of their consistency, expressiveness, maintainability, complexity, and error-proneness.
