I've helped companies in fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS incorporate the best practices in digital marketing and user experience (UX). I've worked with VC-funded startups, and publicly-listed enterprises with a combined annual revenue of ca. €180 billion. My specialisations include applying a user-centred design process to achieve an improved customer experience (CX) that increases user engagement.

With my business experience and being a digital marketing professional of 9 years, I'm able to balance user needs with achieving business objectives and present technical topics in layman terms.

My design process is easy: Discover, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Measure. My goal here is to empathise with the user. I do this through user research and personas to build user stories, and a data-driven approach to identify pain points and bottlenecks that need redesigning during the user's flow.

Colleagues have come to know me to be a person who focuses on user needs and behaviours to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Through my personal and professional experience, I've demonstrated I can work independently but prefer working in a team where successes can be shared together.
