At Raisin, the leading marketplace for investments throughout Europe, I was responsible for providing customers with access to the best offers across Europe by onboarding new partners, by building and strengthening relationships to existing partners and by keeping our bank operations running smoothly. Responsibilities as Head of Partner Bank Management:
- I led Raisin's pan-European Partner Bank Management unit, consisting of the three teams "Partner Bank onboarding", "Partner Bank Relationship Management" and "Operations & Incident Management"
- I planned, prioritized and managed the growing bank portfolio with KPIs, including time-to-market for onboarding banks, utilisation of existing banks and service levels for daily business
- I developed, implemented and led a state-of-the art model for partner bank management across all platforms ("Raisin standard"), enhancing quantity, quality and scalability of work in a growing business
- I executed and supported strategic projects from a business and technical perspective, such as geographical and product expansion
- I developed and further optimized the Raisin's integration solutions in collaboration with different IT and Product teams
- I worked collaboratively with other Raisin teams, especially the senior management, legal, product & IT, marketing and customer service Achievements:
- Form and grew the team from 2 to 18 members and defined roles for three profiles within the team
- Scale the number of partners from 7 to 92 without losing a single one
