2) optimize the organization and processes more agile and data-driven.

I have more than 10 years of experience leading software engineering organizations, both in startups and corporate world. In these positions, I build and grow innovative, agile software organisations and lead complex, data-driven product development efforts such as autonomous driving or automated stock trading algorithms.
