I am passionate about building high performing teams and helping companies master the challenges of digitization.

My experience ranges from developing and implementing digital marketing strategies in medium sized companies to full responsibilty of performance marketing in a big group. The last years I have gained classic consultancy experience while building up three departments (SEA, Business Intelligence, Social Media).
I understand different customers`needs and know how to adapt to them with limited budget and time. I believe that data driven work is essential in the digital age in order to measure direct impact of marketing activities and adjust to customers needs fast.

I am convinced that knowledge transfer is key to change and therefore speak on conferences (OMR), events (Google) and hold lectures at universities.
