As Chief Technology Officer, I work closely with customers to turn their ideas into clear technical requirements, guiding our team while also getting hands-on with coding to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and securely. We develop smart contracts for EVM based blockchains like Polygon, Ethereum, Base, BNB, etc supported with complex frontend and backend systems. Our latest project also includes development of AI agents.

As an Engineering Lead I'm responsible for the team of 15 developers and QA engineers. Together we are delivering new product in area of Candidate Background Verification for the US and Global market. My experience allows not only to design and develop great new solution using NodeJS and Angular, but also consult product team on the best way to rollout and maintain products. This role also requires me to care about security, processes and automation within the team. At the other hand, my expertise in Azure enables the product team to release safe and robust product on the market within the shortest possible timeline.

In Mosaico we are building revolutionary web3 platform for tokenization of traditional businesses. As a CTO I am responsbile for the technological advanacement of the newly build platform, its architecture, scalability and security. My daily activities include recruitment, administration, and management, to name a few. Together with other departments we built up agile processes within newly created team to achieve ambitious goals and rollout our product globally.
