    - Global Learning Management System - Development of new software solution and transition into managed service contract
    - Global Physical Access Security Systems – Implementation central platform, processes, tools en design and implementation of global support model for the deployment of PACS system to Shell locations. (300+ locations, 10000+ devices, 400000+ consumers), Besides my primary S&TM lead role, I have also provided significant contributions in maturing the service management and tools within Shell. One of my key contributions has been the shaping of the S&TM process and the development of the S&TM tools during the first years the S&TM function was established within Shell Global IT. This material was the basis for the enterprise wide implementation.
