I have gathered experience in different roles, starting with development of production processes and IP
management, growing into leading teams delivering AI prototypes and products. On the way, I had the
opportunity to gain a lot of experience as a trainer, coach and scrum master. I have been part of established
companies going through digital change including setting up large scale scrum working models like LeSS and
Safe as well as in fast-paced startup environments. I enjoy consulting organizations to formulate and execute
on their digital strategy and agile setup.
