As lecturer and researcher at the Technical University of Munich, I hold a doctorate summa cum laude from the TUM Professorship for Innovation and Organization Design. With my research uncovering the keys to a successful introduction of AI in organizations, I aim to support strategic leaders in managing their digitization journeys and realizing a successful future with AI.

On top of these academic insights, I have 5 years of experience in strategy consulting: Leading projects around digital transformation and business model innovation, these provide me with the required skills and project management tools to successfully navigate unique business and organizational challenges in any industry.

  • Leadership education (Keynotes / Presentations): What is AI? How does it affect organizations and decisions? What organizations are more strongly affected? How can leaders respond to these new challenges? Through a series of educational presentations, I can guide your team of managers in finding answers to these questions.
