🇬🇧
For the last couple of years I have worked as a Frontend Web Developer, and I am passionate about tech, and development. After some years in the field, I began to really miss human interaction. I do not consider myself a “typical developer” (i.e. I enjoy communication a lot), after a time out to think about my future career choices, I landed in a Customer Success Management position at my (still) current company domonda.
I believe the following traits make me excellent at this job:
- I have a high level of empathy and enjoy solving problems, while helping people
- I have been able to easily understand customers true needs, as well as how to communicate these to the tech team, impacting the course of the product based on real needs
- I enjoy teaching and helping people lear and understand. I find huge value in understanding complex topics myself, and breaking these down into more simple topics
- I have an analytical mindset, which pushes me to be constantly curious and want investigate the background of problems more thoroughly
- I have written several tutorials for complex apps resulting in make the app easier to understand
- I am very organised, and have really learned to build on this in my current position.
I have always found myself international environments, and can very easily adapt. I have also had many years of exposure in SMEs, as well as corporations - with a preference for SMEs myself, but a great understanding, how larger corporations work, from both the inside and the outside as external clients.
