In my role as Managing Director, I supported the merge of 3 business teams into one limited liability company. In addition to the administrative and legal processing, I was responsible for the alignment of all operations & finance processes, as well as the cultural change management and communication in this process together with the managing director team. In Berlin I was responsible for the Operations, Finance and People & Culture team and interfaces (growth from 120 to 150 employees in 12 months) and the development and management of the leadership team (communication, way of working, role profiles, organizational development, offsite planning and execution). In the Operations team I established a KPI monitoring and guidance on billability, pitch monitoring, profitability and return on investment. I empowered the team to run quarterly customer development analysis and I held the responsibility for the team forecast (hours and revenue). I did the rollout, the introduction & standardization of resource planning for all FTEs. My team was responsible for annual planning taking into account the relevant business drivers (revenue, costs, FTE planning, pricing, billability) and for the rollout & communication into the organization.
