I started as an intern in a Game company where I really enjoyed agile software development and international team spirit. Built up the department which is responsible for:
- Project Management (Kanban)
- Continuous Integration and Deployment (Jenkins)

I was responsible for the coordination between the classic web game projects. To achieve this I developed multidisciplinary processes, promoted knowledge sharing, conducted code reviews and workshops, identified technical problems and solved them in the team.

As leading developer we developed and delivered several game projects on time which helped the company to grow from 20 employees to one of Germany's biggest game companies . These game projects were, Goodgame Galaxy, Goodgame Mafia, Goodgame Gangster, Goodgame Hercules and Goodgame Heroes (Bachelors Degree practical task).

During the development I had the personnel and technical responsibility for the Client Development Team and was in permanent exchange with Project Management and Product Management.

After taking over the Project Management of three teams (Backend, iOS, Android), the teams became quickly successful with agile techniques which resulted in quicker and more qualitative releases. In collaboration with the stakeholders (Management and PMs), we defined the roadmaps and were able to plan bigger Epics more accurately. As the owner of the QA and release process for the Android and iOS app, the team and I reduced the amount of rejected apps submissions by Apple and Livebugs significantly.
Additionally, I managed the Jira Cloud, GitHub, App Store Accounts, CI and other development-related tools.

In a team of three, I worked on 25+ brain gaming games based on Actionscript 3 and MVCExpress and on the core project. We were able to grow the number of paying users massively. With the belief of our investors, we raised 3.3M in Series A.
With my passion to learn new languages and tech, I started to develop the native Android Mobile Application from scratch.

HeyJobs was created during the successful pivot from the Memorado company. During an idea generation process, the idea for a product which gives jobseekers the opportunity to apply more easily to jobs offers was born.
During 12 weeks we developed the MVP, using Xamarin as the cross-platform solution, and the backend. The product development process developed in Memorado helped to achieve this milestone. During the next month, I also took over the TPM responsibility for the Backend project. On a weekly basis, the team and I integrated new job platforms to spread the job offers of our customers (30 in the end including Indeed, eBay classified, Jobbörse), improved the speed of our operations team with new internal tools and served new API endpoints to improve the web interface.

Together my co-founder we build the company WeSource UG from scratch:
- applied successfully for the German Gründerzuschuss to receive 35.000€ in total as start investment
- built the wesource.io MVP in 4 weeks based on customer interviews in an agile process
- applied successfully to the TheFamily acceleration program to get valuable business feedback and contacts and receive perks such as AWS credits to save hosting costs
- sold the service to customers like Deutsche Post, 1&1, Deutsche Bahn, Raisin, headhunting agencies and more

As the CTO I developed and released the wesource.io application in a fast and cost efficient way using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, JavaScript and jQuery. While getting more and more customers I transferred our application from Heroku to AWS EC2 using Dokku. With this transfer we were able to save 80% of hosting costs and where additionally more flexible in scaling the application. I also built an internal lead generation tool to scale the email outreach to 400 targeted leads per month.
